Just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful cheesecake! My grandmother celebrated her 60th birthday, and had asked us for a non-traditional birthday cake this year....a cheesecake. She's from New York, and has been a fan of "real" cheesecake for as long as I can remember. I was thrilled to find your website offering something from her neck of the woods. I was very pleased to find the package arrived on time, and in beautiful condition. The cake was still a little frozen, so the thaw time in the frig worked out great! This e-mail is from a lady who could not remember who she placed her order with...

I wanted to take a moment to explain the confusion about the cheesecake you sent to us last week. I’m sure you remember our conversation, and the reason you had no order when I called you to confirm is because it was from another website that I ordered. I couldn’t remember who I ordered from, as I received no confirmation from the site in which I placed the order.
Because of my error, we had two cakes shipped, one from your store and one from the other. As it turns out, your cake arrived perfectly, and was better than the other. The other cake was very good, but side by side there was no comparison. Your cake was creamier and had a better flavor, and was less expensive to boot. Needless to say, we will be ordering all our cheesecakes with you in the future, and there will no longer be any confusion for me as I have saved your site in my favorite places.      I can't say enough about that cheesecake. My family and of course I devoured the whole thing. Yes, it was truly a New York Cheesecake. There are bakeries that claim they sell them but fall far short.
     I forgot you had the "original" recipe and didn't know you had opened a bakery until my cousin informed me that you were online. A dream come true for you, MaryAnne, I'm sure. And we have another happy couple from just outside of town, who wanted us to come up with a "Red Velvet Cheesecake" for the Groom's cake, and sent us a thank you with pictures.

Here are pictures from our June 3rd wedding reception. We used the Red Velvet Cheesecake as our groom's cake. The wedding was held at Fort Hill Presbyterian Church and the reception was at Clemson University's conference center. Thank you for such great memories. Thanks, Dustin and Brittany K.
